| The Candidate should currently handling multiple oultlets of a Quick Service Restaurant or a retail chain. The Candidate should be a Graduate/MBA with atleast 10years of experience, of which the last 2 years have been in a leadership role taking independent charge of the multiple outlets. As a profit centre head, you would have to ensure day to day smooth running of multiplex, which would include total responsibility and accountability for theatre management, box office, food & beverage, patron care, technology, human resources, staff motivation, thatre maintenance & safety measure and government compliances for that particular multiplex. You will be self-motivated and result-oriented person with excellent analytical skills. |
